I have been conducting ethical and thorough property inspections for nine years. I have inspected over 200 properties. I have conducted these inspections in Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Texas, and New Mexico. 

Our ethical commitment ensures our inspections are unbiased. My construction business will not correct the defects found during an inspection. Additionally, we will not provide construction services for up to one year from the date of the inspection. There are many contractors conducting inspections that provide the repair services and that influences the inspection they perform. We do not do this!

I have a background in construction, landscaping, insurance, Government,  Health and Safety.

I completed a two year vocational program in the field, hold a Master's Degree, completed a home inspection training program, and I am always continuing my education.

Additionally, I spent 20 years conducting daily health and safety inspections to include overseeing the health and safety program for a large State organization.

We provide thorough services with your health, budget, safety, security, and future in mind.

We serve all of Wyoming and are located in the Evansville, Casper, and Mills area.
